Spelling This Week- January 10

We will not have a spelling list this week because we have a shortened list.   We will be back on track next week.  Also we will be taking the released TAKS test as a practice tomorrow, Tuesday, January 12, 2011. The students have been working hard in groups, as well as, individually to get ready for the big test.  We work on reading/language arts/social studies skills daily with a little bit of test strategies embedded within the curriculum.  I am looking forward to some great scores tomorrow.  This is only a practice, but it helps us to know what students are truly struggling.  If your child needs a highlighter tomorrow, they need to bring one the teachers are fresh out of highlighters to let students borrow.  Have a great warm week ahead.
